An overview of the life of a blogger: every morning I get up, brush my teeth (well, usually), flop on my computer and read the noon news (both traditional and fashion-related) and blogging as I enjoy reading. I also scroll up and pretend to read most of the e-mail I get at night. Once done, I begin to collect the bags, which I will write for days. I have my regular haunts to see through, and sometimes if they do not work, try to find something indirectly related to handbags that I think everyone will love. These are difficult days - as long as the subject is easy, life is pretty good on my end.
And when I woke up today and I saw the Fendi Fur Skunk Bag peekaboo sitting in the arrivals section of scissors, I knew today would be a good day.
Ladies and gentlemen, the messages on these bags are my favorite to write. This bag is so terribly horrible that the words come almost too easily. Not only is one of the puffball, shapeless leather bags are so fashionable, but is made of a skunk. SKUNK.
What is a skunk that says "luxury" or "ambitious?" They have a positive association with the single word, except perhaps Pepe Le Pew, cartoon skunk Frenchie my childhood, and I do not want to see him a bag. And for those who have never felt any of these things ... the only way I can describe is a combination of rotten eggs and hot garbage. Why would anyone want to be seen publicly in full swing a dead arm is beyond my level of understanding some low.
Even if the skin is soft, I can not imagine it being a bestseller. It might not have skunks in Italy, and the designers were not familiar with how the animals before they smell the skins are removed and sent to them. I do not know, but it is a smell that makes dogs sad and as dogs to sniff out all sorts of terrible things. I guess "terrible" is really the only way to describe this, after all. Buy from Saks for $ 1970.
