Gucci Icon Tote Bit

Some bags do not translate well in photos. Sometimes it is because of flash, sometimes it's because of the leather finishing, and in case of tote Gucci Icon bit, it seems that these two elements are sinners.

Of course it is difficult to photograph any type of patent (or other shiny material, for that matter), but the pattern seems oddly colored liquid-like (you can call it a pattern?)
